1. Masala Maggie

Ingredients:
Maggi noodles, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, green chilli (optional), Maggi masala, salt, black pepper, butter.

Steps:
Start by heating some butter in a pan – this will make the Maggi taste better. Add the chopped onions and green chillies, then fry for a minute until the onions become slightly soft and fragrant. Add chopped tomatoes to it and cook until soft; This helps create a thick, flavorful base.

Add water according to packet instructions, then add noodles and Maggi masala. Let everything boil together for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally so that the noodles absorb all the flavors evenly. Finally, sprinkle some black pepper for spicy flavor and add to the warm, comforting bowl of Masala Maggi.

2. Aloo Sandwich

Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes, bread slices, butter, salt, chilli pieces, parsley.

Steps:
First mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl until smooth. Add salt, chilli flakes and a little parsley, mix well so that the flavors combine into a delicious filling. Take two slices of bread and spread a large layer of potato mixture on one side.

– Heat a pan and melt some butter on it. Place the sandwich on the pan and shake by pressing gently so that the bread browns evenly. Flip and cook the other side until both sides are golden, crispy and aromatic.

Serve your warm potato sandwiches with ketchup or chutney – simple, filling and perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.

3. Simple Egg Bhurji

Ingredients:
2-3 eggs, onion, tomato, salt, turmeric, chili powder, oil/butter.

Steps:
First of all, heat some oil or butter in a pan. Add finely chopped onion and cook until soft and light golden. Then add chopped tomatoes and let them soften so that they mix with the spices. Sprinkle salt, turmeric and chilli powder to bring out the aroma and mix well.

Now crack the eggs directly into the pan and quickly mix everything together. Keep stirring so that the eggs cook evenly and absorb all the flavors from the spices. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the bhurji becomes soft and fluffy – not too dry, not too thin.

Serve it warm with bread, pav, roti or enjoy it as a quick protein rich breakfast. Perfect for early mornings, late nights, or when you need something delicious in minutes.

4. Masala Chai

Ingredients:
Milk, tea leaves, sugar, ginger, cardamom.

Steps:
Start by boiling water in a small pan and add tea leaves along with crushed ginger and cardamom. Let the flavors blend for a minute so the spices release their aroma. Pour in milk and add sugar according to your taste. Allow the chai to bubble gently — this gives it that rich, creamy texture everyone loves. Once it reaches the perfect color and aroma, strain it into a cup.

Sip and enjoy your comforting, homemade masala chai. Perfect for mornings, rainy days, or whenever you need a soothing break.

5. Oreo Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 4 Oreo cookies
    Milk 
  2. ½ tsp baking powder

Steps :
Take 4 Oreo cookies and place them in a microwave safe mug. Crush them with a spoon and make a fine powder. The finer you crush, the smoother the texture of the cake.

Add a little milk – about 4 to 5 tbsp. Add slowly until the mixture resembles thick cookie dough. Do not dilute it too much or it will not rise well.

Add ½ teaspoon of baking powder and mix everything together. This helps the cake rise and rise in the microwave.

Place the mug in the microwave and heat for 1 to 1.5 minutes. The time depends on your microwave power.
The cake will rise, puff up and the top will look stiff – that’s when it’s cooked. Let it cool for 30 seconds , then bury it. You can also top it with chocolate syrup, vanilla ice cream or a spoonful of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
